Do my students need to download an app?
No. Everything works through the WhatsApp they already use and a web portal opened in the browser. Access is via magic link — no password, no installation.
Can I set different rules for each student?
Booking and cancellation policies are configured in your profile and apply to all students. Credits and status (active, paused, inactive) are managed individually per student.
How does the cancellation bot work?
The student sends "cancel" on WhatsApp. The bot identifies the lesson, checks whether it is inside the cancellation window you defined, refunds the credit when applicable, and confirms everything automatically.
Does Tutorika integrate with Google Calendar?
The Tutorika schedule is the source of truth for your bookings and is available from the dashboard on your phone or computer. Integrations with external calendars are on our roadmap.
